The very first tincture of fresh harvest from raspberry twigs and buds

It's no secret that the weather is favorable this year, which means that the first summer residents have already entered the gardens. Each of them has prepared a to-do list, and of course, raspberry pruning is at the forefront in it.

Ingredients:

➜ raspberry sprigs with buds - 100 g

➜ honey - 2 tbsp. l

. ➜ moonshine 40-45% - 3 liters

My twigs, cut into 5-6 cm long. Honey is diluted in alcohol and poured into a jar to raspberry twigs. We close the jar with a lid, put it in a dark, warm place for 2 weeks. Shake regularly. Then filter, bottle and store in a cool, dark place.

Nothing complicated! But it is very useful to take a little bit as an aperitif.
